Is the zine project for charity?

All proceeds for "A Dance With Dreams"  will benefit The Trevor Project, which is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25.


Does the zine contain NSFW content?
The zine does NOT contain NSFW content. 

What currency does this store use?

All prices for this store are listed in USD (US Dollars). 

Will the PDF version of the zine be available after leftover sales?

We intend to make PDFs sales for this zine "evergreen" and will look to make this a product listing on YuuriVoice's Merch Cave on Teespring after leftover sales are fulfilled. 

What do I do if I need to change my order?

Please contact us at [email protected] or use the Contact form for any change requests (cancellation requests, errors during checkout, requests to change or add to existing orders without incurring excess shipping costs and so forth.)

I have sent an e-mail. How long will it take for me to get a response?

We are a very small operation, but we will do our best to respond promptly to inquiries. Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond. We will work diligently to resolve any issues before the end of the main sales period. 

How are the shipping fees determined? 

Shipping fees are calculated considering package weight, packing materials and distance to final destination. We have established several shipping zones to account for these variances the best we are able.

Where are your zines dispatched from?

All physical orders made from this store will be dispatched from a location in Texas, USA.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, with exception of Australia and New Zealand due to shipping restriction put in place related to COVID-19. The landscape is changing constantly, though. If we run into issues during fulfillment, we will contact you promptly. 

When will orders be shipped?

For leftover sales, we will be fullfilling these in weekly batches.

Once shipped, how long will my package take to arrive?

USA
USPS typically estimates a 1-3 day timeline, but due to ongoing shipping congestion, expecting a 1-2 week wait is advised.  If your item has not arrived after three weeks, please e-mail us and we will investigate the delay.

International
If your item has not arrived after 4-5 weeks, please e-mail us and we will investigate the delay. 

Please also note that additional taxes or custom charges may be due upon delivery of your item. We are doing our best to avoid this situation. 

What if my shipping details change?

Please email us at [email protected] or use the Contact form with your revised shipping information as soon as possible. Please provide your order number for easy reference.

Will I get a tracking number?

Tracking information will be sent upon shipment of your package.

When will the PDF bonuses be delivered?

The bonuses will be sent to you around the time the order ships. We will be shipping in weekly batches for leftover sales.
